The central government will soon release the CITS admission 2024-25 notification. Candidates who want to become craft teachers and enhance their knowledge and skills should apply for CITS 2024. Before apply for CITS 2024-25, candidates need to meet their eligibility.
It is expected that the application process for CITS will start in June, and the exam will conduct in July 2024. The exact date of the application timeline is not announced yet.
CITS admission 2024-25 Overview

Candidates who wants to enroll in CITS program at institute of training of trainers ( IToTs) and national training institutes ( NITs) for 2024-25 year, will go through AICET ( all india common entrance test). Before apply for it, it is suggested to candidates to meet their eligibility.
CITS Admission 2024-25 eligibility

Age limit
The age of the candidate should be 18 years to become eligible for CITS Admission. It is a minimum age limit criteria that every candidate should meet. There is no upper age limit.
Educational Qualification
The candidates must have an ITI certificate from the state or national council for vocational training. The candidates must have a diploma or degree from a recognized board of technical university. Moreover, the applicant also have 1 year of experience to become eligible for CITS admission.
Exclusion
Candidate having Craftsmen of excellence (CoE) are not eligible for it to get admission in the craft instructor training program in 2024-25 session
Application fees
Candidates need to pay some fees to apply for CITS admission 2024-25. Here are category-wise application fees
