JENPAS UG 2024 is an entrance exam conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) for admission into courses in Nursing, Paramedical, and Allied Sciences. The exam has two papers: Paper I and Paper II, both held on the same day. Paper I covers subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Basic English, and Logical Reasoning.
It is from the syllabous of 11th and 12th standards of Indian boards. Paper II is specifically for admission to the Bachelor of Hospital Administration (BHA) program and has Physics, Mathematics, General Knowledge, Basic English, and Logical Reasoning, focusing on topics from the 10th standard syllabus of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education boards.
Each paper contains 100 questions with a total of 115 marks. Questions are divided into Category-I and Category-II, with different for each subject. Physics, Chemistry, and Biology Paper I, each has 25 marks, Basic English and Logical Reasoning 20 marks each.
In Paper II, Physical Science carries 35 marks, Mathematics 20 marks, and General Knowledge 20 marks, Basic English and Logical Reasoning, each contributing 20 marks.
